Orders received after 12.00 hours will be processed on the next available day.
During the busy exhibition season (March to May & September to December) we may be closed Tuesdays following an Exhibition.
Occasionally we may be closed 'for circumstances beyond our control' - in this case we will try to ensure that the telephone answering message is updated, although we cannot guarantee this.
We are closed on the day, or days, before an exhibition, or during any mid week exhibition.

Annual Holidays
We are closed over the Christmas and New Year Period.
Either the week before Easter or the week after Easter.

Generally we do not close for annual holidays, BUT a restricted service may be in force with respect to either opening hours, production & shipping or the availability of technical advice/help.
