How to get in touch

There is generally someone around to answer your questions in person Monday and Tuesday and Thursday and Friday, depending on the time of year. Please also feel free to email us with any feedback you have on this site, any order enquiries, event meetups or anything related to Phoenix Paints. We are always happy to hear from you.

Please note that during the year we attend a number of exhibitions at weekends and may not reply until next day. Our normal office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (10.00 - 16.00).

Please do not expect us to reply to your query immediately - we might be lucky to get 5 minutes a day in front of the computer. Replies can take anything up to 10 days (especially if we have to check on something to answer your question)
