As of yesterday, Essex along with various other areas of the country has gone to tier two regulations.
It is our intention to continue to operate normally until we are forced to stop either by the law or by one of us showing symptoms.
It should be noted that the dispatch restrictions below are even more relevant as time goes on and the amount of items going 'out of stock' on a daily basis increase.
We are also, like a lot of retailers and manufacturers, experiencing delays from ALL suppliers but particularly those overseas.
We do not expect to see any form of physical shows or exhibitions until at least December 2021 and based on our current stock levels we would only be able to take about 10% of the stock we usually take to a show.
Whilst we are continuing to produce stock on a regular basis, the stock level will continue to decline and it WILL take longer to get orders out of the door.
Please bear with us, we are working as hard as we can to ensure that we dispatch orders as fast as possible, however, the current lead time on orders is between 2 and 5 days, if everything is in stock.
