Usage: Steel, Brass, Nickel Silver & Copper

Our biggest seller and for most modeler’s the flux they instinctively turn to.  It is suitable for use with steel, but not stainless steel, Copper, Brass, nickel silver and similar alloys. It is an active flux and leaves residues that are corrosive. For that reason, care should be taken to remove these. An initial wash in Neutralising Rinse followed by several washes with water should remove all traces.

Form: Liquid.

Quantity: 50ml

Usage: Whitemetal, Brass, Nickel Silver & Pewter

This is the best flux to use when soldering whitemetal and is also effective on brass and nickel silver.

Form: Stick or Rod.

Quantity: 35 grams approximately

Melting Point: 100°C.

Lead Free: NO

Flux: Dependent on metals being joined.

Constituents: Tin/Lead.

Usage: for use with Whitemetal - no tinning required to join whitemetal to brass

Technical Specifications

A High Quality Leaded Low Melting point solder.

To Avoid Fire do not drop hot solder onto combustible items.
Beware of Hot soldering irons and ancillery equipment.

Do NOT eat or drink whilst using and avoid Breathing Fumes.

Use in a well ventilated area.

Wash joint to remove residues at end of each session.

Wash Hands with soap and water after use.
