To Avoid Fire do not drop hot solder onto combustible items.
Beware of Hot soldering irons and ancillery equipment.

Do NOT eat or drink whilst using and avoid Breathing Fumes.

Wash joint to remove residues at end of each session.

Wash Hands with soap and water after use.

Bitloose is a High Temperature copper based grease designed to allow easy disassembly of hot parts.

Especially suited to soldering iron bits that can seize themselves to the body of the iron.

A very fine smear before assembly will ensure that when the time comes to change the bit it will almost fall out of the iron.

Supplied in a resealeable syringe containing a minimum of 8ml of Bitloose.

One syringe will last for a VERY long timeand will save countless hours in the long run.

Carr's Hot Tape has been designed to hold parts together during soldering or whilst they are exposed to high 
temperatures.

It is ideal for holding etched components together whilst soldering and it also has high electrical insulation properties.

Hot Tape can be used at temperatures of up to 300°C for prolonged periods or up to 400°C for short term use, as when soft soldering. It is quite suitable for use with Carr's 243°C High Temperature solder.
 
Hot Tape will start to char and disintegrate at about 750°C.
