Our Normal office opening times are -
                                                                              Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 09.30 - 17.00 hours local time
                                                                              Friday 09.30 - 16.00 hours local time
                                                                             (British Summer time is from the last full weekend in March to the last full weekend in October).

Orders received after 15.00 hours will be processed on the next available day.

During the busy exhibition season (March to May & September to December) we may be closed Tuesdays following an Exhibition.

Occasionally we may be closed 'for circumstances beyond our control' - in this case we will try to ensure that the telephone answering message is updated, although we cannot guarantee this.

We are not normally closed on the day, or days, before an exhibition, or during any mid week exhibition. .

Bank Holidays-
                         The Office is closed all English Bank Holidays-
                                                                                                             New Years Day - 1st January
                                                                                                             Good Friday
                                                                                                             Easter Monday (the Monday following Easter Sunday)
                                                                                                             May Day - the First Monday in May (NOT the 1st of May)
                                                                                                             Late Spring Holiday (Whitsun) - The last Monday in May
                                                                                                             August Bank Holiday - The last Monday in August
                                                                                                             Christmas Day - 25th December
                                                                                                             Boxing Day - 26th December

Annual Holidays-
                         We are closed over the Christmas and New Year Period. Closure dates for this period can be found on the diary page

                         Generally we do not close for annual holidays,
                         BUT a restricted service may be in force with respect to either opening hours or the availability of technical advice/help.
