Orders over £60.00 P&P free (British mainland addresses only) except when a compressor
or Bob Moore Pen is ordered.
Cheques With effect from the 1st October 2007, ALL cheques will be cleared before the order is dispatched.
As we normally only bank once a week, please therefore allow an extra 10 working days for dispatch of mailed orders.
This will not affect telephone orders or mail orders containing card details.
Internet payments Following discussions with
a number of people, we now have the ability for UK based customers to order via email and pay direct via internet or
telephone banking. If you wish to pay my this method please follow the following steps:-
1 email us with your order, name, address and the fact that you
wish to pay by bacs.
2 We will confirm your order, the total cost and provide payment
details and reference.
3 Make payment to the account detail we provide quoting the reference
we have
3 supplied.
4 Once payment shows up in our account, usually 3 - 4 working days
we will dispatch
your order.;
Collection of orders at shows If you wish to collect an order
from us at a show please place your order at least 3 - 4 working days before the first day of the show. Ringing the day before the
show will in most cases get the response "the van has already left". This is particularly important for items that might
not go to particular shows - ie model engineering quantities to model railway shows and vice versa and also for special order items..
Compressors have to be delivered by courier and carriage is charged at £15.00. Bob Moore Pens will be charged postage at £4.00 unless paint etc to the value of £60.00 is ordered at the same time.
Orders to Northern Ireland and offshore islands will be charged carriage at cost plus £1.20.
Orders to addresses outside the EU do not pay VAT and any VAT will be deducted at time of invoicing.
Postage and Packing is extra on all export orders. We will be happy to quote.
The Finishing Touch and Livery Data Sheets are sent separately from paint. A standard P&P charge of £3.25 (up to 3 Data Sheets or copies of the Finishing Touch) is charged on orders for these to British addresses.
Livery Data Sheets are now produced to order - Please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery
We have in the past been criticised for charging VAT on Post & Packing. Unfortunately this is to comply with VAT regulations - Don't blame us, blame the Inland Revenue!!
Except where shown all prices on this site contain VAT at current UK rates.
Prices charged will be those ruling at the time of dispatch.

When you pay by credit or debit card, 2.5% of the total amount, or 50p (which ever is the greater) is paid to our Merchant Service Provider. When you pay by cheque 50p covers the cost of the bank clearance fee. All customers pay the same regardless of the way they pay.

Most orders are despatched within 7 - 10 days, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
We can accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH and DELTA transactions by phone, fax or letter.
We MUST have the following details to process any credit/debit card orders:-
CARD NUMBER - the long raised one on the centre of the card.
EXPIRY DATE.
START DATE AND/OR ISSUE NUMBER.
SECURITY NUMBER - this can be found on the signature strip.
THE CARDHOLDERS NAME AND THE ADDRESS AT WHICH THE CARD IS REGISTERED (statement address).
A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER -(in case of any problems).
Without all of the above details - we will be unable to process your order.
PLEASE NOTE: We can no longer accept card details by e-mail. Please phone or fax the details. This is because of new Mastercard and Visa rules and for your safety.
Please do not send attachments by e-mail.
E-mails containing attachments will be automatically deleted from the server.
